Shipping and exchange policy

Your MAANO order is packed with love and ships out within 4-8 working days. Your order will ship from our Pune studio depending on your location and available inventory.  Your tracking details will be sent via email upon dispatch. 

 

SHIPPING

Within India:

We are happy to offer free shipping on Pre-paid orders all over India. However, orders under COD will be charged a flat rate of INR 100.

Shipping times may vary based on your location, however most orders should arrive within 4-8 working days after dispatch.

 

International Shipping:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD) is not accepted for International orders.
  • We charge shipping fee of 9$ at the checkout.
  • Prices are exclusive of custom duties.
  1. We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 12-18 working days but delay in delivery can be caused due to customs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a time frame for the same.
  2. Transit time may vary, depending on the location.
  3. Contact details must be correctly entered which should include Country code and Zip code. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 All of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in India with our special liquid metal technique, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

All pieces are carefully checked before dispatch, if however you notice any damage or incase of damage during shipping, we will replace it for you. Please reach out to us using our contact number or email us directly within 24 hours of receiving the piece to report a problem.

Please note:

  • Once we have received your email and our team has authorised the return for the damaged/incorrect product , an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
  • The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to our billing address - [Tower 19, Flat no 2204. Blue ridge, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Mulshi, Pune, Pinched - 411057]
  • Shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer.
  • Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product.
  • Product must be unused and untempered to be eligible for exchange.
  • There will be no exchange or Returns based on Sizing issues / Weight issues. Thus please review our size and weight guidelines carefully before making your purchase.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on MAANO or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.
